I love my work and have been working with children, families, and individuals since 2001. I feel honored to walk alongside people; sharing their joys, fear, struggles, and dreams. I provide appointments in person and virtually.
I received a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Washington in 1999 before moving to Pasadena, CA where I received my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a Child Mental Health Specialist and have specialized training working with Autism.
I feel each person has a special story to tell in their own way and in their own time. I use a variety of interventions to help people feel safe, secure, and to learn to understand their journey as well as gain tools to work through it. I believe in the healing power of family and know that children and teens have a support system that is vital in understanding them and aiding in their success.
