Services
Therapy
I provide individual therapy with teens, adults, and families. I have worked with clients with a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, adjustment, relationship issues, Autism, bullying, divorce, social anxiety, and trauma. I believe that by working together clients can find their way back to the enjoyments of life.
Supervision
I am a Washington State approved Supervisor and can provide individual and group supervision. I find supervision a very rewarding experience and love to see clinicians find their own style and voice in the therapy process. In supervision we review legal and ethical issues, case consultation, interventions as well as transference issues.
Fees and Payment
My fee for individual therapy is $150 per 50min session, and $175 for a 90min family session. I accept cash, check, or credit card.
I am an in-network provider for Regence, Premera, and First Choice Insurances and will bill them directly for services rendered depending on your individual plan.
For Supervision my fee is $130 for a 50min session and $75 per clinician for a group session
